Can your prospective clients see the difference your firm will make?

Why do virtually all law and accountancy firms look and sound the same? You know the clichés – exceptional client service, City office, partner-led etc etc. Any good marketer knows the answer is to differentiate show how your firm is different from the competition and you will stand out. Prospects will buy why you are different and pay a premium; if you look the same as everyone else, they will simply buy on price. As evidence for this, a survey in 2016 by Hinge Marketing showed that those firms with the highest growth have 20% more differentiators than their competitors.
