What are you paying the agency for?

Do you ever sit back and ask yourself, what are we paying the agency for? On the face of it you’re paying for marketing, brand, digital, search, business or whatever. But shouldn’t the real test be what difference is that agency making to my bottom line? What leads have been delivered? How has the performance of my marketing or BD team boosted? Has the agency helped fee earners to win more business?
