Re-positioning a national law firm as a timeless, quality brand with a new “fee-earner-focused” website.

Winckworth Sherwood is a national law firm based out of offices near Borough Market. The firm has been running since 1777 and has an unrivalled reputation in the property, education, charity and faith sectors.
Our goal on the project was to position Winckworth Sherwood as a timeless, quality brand; a brand that would be relevant and well regarded whichever era you dropped them in. Internally we called them the, “little black dress” of law firms. You may deviate occasionally, but you always come back because you know what you get will work.
The website user experience was built around the fee earners, as our research indicated that 70% of traffic went to these profiles. We ensured that a user was never more than two clicks from finding a fee earner and that the profile pages themselves adopted a more editorial style, much more immersive than the usual “thumbnail and CV” style profiles seen on law firm websites.
The website was developed on the WordPress CMS platform.
